Can MSX 140 Injectors be cleaned or repaired?

My injectors are only spraying partially is there any way to clean or fix them besides fuel injector cleaner?

Thanks guys.. Your help is appreciated yet again!!

How are you testing the injectors?

What do you mean by 'spraying partially'?

Ficht RAM injectors are nothing like automotive fuel injectors, and cannot be tested or cleaned in the same manner.

I felt my ski was running lean.. No torque.and rpm's were low.. Did a compression check and was not good.. So individually I took a piece of thick paper and lined each cylinder wall with the piston at the bottom.. without starting the motor I grounded the brown fuel pump wire running the injectors.. the pattern it left me was the exact way the cylinder walls are worn... They have dark spots where the fuel and oil mixture was not hitting..

My # 1 cylinder piston has vertical grooves on it...when I looked piston problems there was a picture that matched my piston labeled (no lubrication).

I would Love to make it a Matrix but I lack the Electrical knowledge..

Thanks for your help and thanks for keeping Polaris PWC alive!..

Something does not make sense. The Brown wire at the fuel pump does cause the pump to run, but that should not cause any fuel to be fired out of the Ficht injectors.

The Ficht injectors are a pulse design and are fired by the EMM using 45 volts. The injectors are not designed to be continuously open.

Also when the engine is running the injectors are fired while the piston is on the compression phase and is above all the ports, not near BDC.

Have you checked fuel pressure at the schrader valve?

Have you looked at the Ficht page from my signature links?

Lubrication - check the oil lines and feeds at the throttle body. All oil goes in through these fittings, and the oil injection system must be 100%
