    Those using the Intercooler Water Filter Kit plz be aware!

    afew of our guys who installed the Intercooler Water Filter Kit face tis problem,the bottle break due to i think too much boost and cause the hull to fill up with water and nearly sank! (offshore riding)
    so we made ourself a aluminium bottle for it,its so strong now!

    Also Installing "T" with a jet-works valve to a pisser would help control the pressure on the whole cooling loop. If your creating that much pressure, your probably lucky that the filter was the only thing that blew out. Thank you for the heads up

    the bottom part is easier to do,but not the top part.

    +1 Great tip Tyson. I like the billet bottom.

    I wonder if increasing the outlet plumbing of whatever the Groco is supplying a little would help? Seems like the Groco bowl bursting is telling me something else needs addressed?

    Doing some recent research a number of intercooler manufacturers have told me water pressure on the water side should be between 30 & 50psi to be as efficient as possible. I'll take a guess here, but I wouldn't think those plastic bowels would stand up to that pressure.

    I wouldn't be adding pressure relief without measuring the pressure first, you could be reducing intercooler efficiency & robbing yourself of power & speed.
