    new motor old motor difrent how can i fix this?

    the drive shaft just slips in on old motor (gray one in the pic) but new one i dont think it works that way... can i just change the back or.. ?
    are these motors difrent or? cause carbs and exhust fit on good
    thxs..

    You have to change those PTO's,that black one is from an XP aluminum sub shaft to the actual deiveshaft,the grey one is a direct shaft PTO

    this motor should work in this ski right?
    to change them just pull the allan bolts out then the bolt in the mid? the black one i pulled the allan bolts out but cant pull the part off. hope the gray one fits on

    Black one is from XP,just change them!

    use a blow torch and a rubber malet on the center section of the pto around where the allen heads were. its two seperate peices. when you the cente section off it will expose a big bolt to get the actual wheel off.

    iv done that to the old mottor pulled the bolt out and still wont break lose
    same for black one center comes out ? and these should trade no problem? i dont have a blow torch so
