you say new battery and charged so is the battery brand new or new last year and charged.
Maybe the battery is not have enough cranking amps?
Ive had batteries that I thought were good but in the end where not enough to crank the motor all the time.
By voltage they were ok but when load tested they were lower then desired.
If not battery then relay may be acting up.

there brand new
i took my volt meter out and where the fuse box is on the side u have where the positive batt wire comes to and the wire that goes to the starter tested my RXP reading volts go throw that wire to the starter is 12.5 when i hit the start button. but the trouble skis hit the key nothing hear the clicking of relays or w e no power at all going to starter

sounds like the starter relay is shot. it can still get a reading going to the starter and be faulty.

+1 on the relay or re-check that starter

Yea I'm 95% sure it relay the one ski won't start at all just clicks the other one it was every other time or so it'll start. So I swaped them and the other ski is starting now where befor it wouldn't
Guess I gotta order 2 relays Monday
I'll post later next week if it solves it or not

+2 on relays. You may also want to leave everything hooked up until it's time to change them out. When I changed mine I left the batt off and the mpem was reset.

Just because you have 12+v doesnt always mean that the batteries are good. But if they are new and your sure they are good then yea it the relay. I replaced my seadoo relay with a standard small marine one. But I had to cut the connector off and use female spade terminals.
