Need help installing opas block of and rear exhaust!!

Need some help here, first what kind of sealant can I use for the exhaust block off and the opas block offs?
Also how can I tight the block off nut? And last the riva pro series block offs that I bought from a member didn't come with any bolts, so I was trying to use the once on the ski but they look a little too small. The only way I can use them is by installing some washers. Any suggestions will be appreciated ?

Ultra black of any kind or 5200.
    Right stuff works good.
OEM bolts with ss washers is good.
Big pair of channel locks for OEM exhaust block off.

Getting ready to do the same thing. Are you supposed to reuse the rubber seal that has the two notches in it?

Not the one that fits into the gigantic nut. It's all rubber with two small notches like the cut out in the hull. Wish I had a picture.

Mine did not come with a rubber washer/gasket. I just used a lot of black silicone.

It's actually off the sock exhaust outlet on the inside of the hull. Directions didnt mention it all either. I ended up just doing what you said with the right stuff but was just curious what others had done.
