    intermittent engine warning. Need help!!

Alright guys I could use a little help. I just ran my winter project for the first time Saturday and I have a little issue.

First off, I put a 1300 motor in my gp1200r. It is all stock with the fuel injection with exception of
    1. Machined head
    2. Riva Fuel Control
    3. Free flow
    4. premix
    5. no intake filters
    6. single bar intake ( I mention becaus it is also newly installed)

My issue is a intermittent Ck engine warning. I ran the ski for about ten miles while setting the fuel control and making sure all was working properly. Then my girlfriend and I rode about 5 more mile with no issue. Then I got the horn and warning. I pulled the seat and felt the cylinder heads and all were cool to the touch. I fired it back up and no more warning so we headed back to the ramp. We got back with no more horns so we did a little more riding then another horn. Long story short after playing with it for a while it would only give me a warning when I was cruising in the mid range fuel band for 5-8 minutes (Riva fuel control yellow light on) in red (high range) no problems at all. When the warning shows up I can turn off the ski and start it right back up and ride 5-10 miniutes again in the yellow range before it gives me a warning again. If I ride hard no warnings just while cruising.

I have all fuel control settings rich to the bubbling and back a little and the yellow still bubbling some. I assume this is a temp warning but the heads never felt hot at all and my cooling water is not all that hot as it exits. (the ski has three cooling water exits just forward of my right leg from the previous owner)

    Any Ideas??

i didn't get one because i could not remember how to pull them at the time and when I got home it was clear, 48 I think. I will be able to next trip but was hopping to have some leads to try before the haul back to the lake.

OK I got my fault code ,19, incorrect battery voltage. It only seems to show up after the ski is thoroughly warmed up,took about 15 min of riding, but then shows up about every 5 mins. or so. I watched the voltage closely and saw no spikes or drops on the display. It was always 11.7 or 11.8, seems kinda low. Any Ideas
