    04 Polaris MSX110

I have a Polaris MSX 110 and its blowing the 2amp fuse in the fuse block thats marked NGI. Ive narrowed it down to when I unplug the PPU sensor the fuse will not blow. Has anyone had this problem? I have tried to locate a new PPU and have been told it is no longer available. Do I need a new one or is it something else? I am a motorcycle mechanic with very little ski experience so I may be ignorant to some terms used with ski's, so please be gentle! What does NGI stand for? And PPU? I kind of understand how the PPU works cause its similar to that found on a car. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the Hulk

NGI is the digital instrument display on the hood

Click on my signature links for some Weber engine info.

Also have a look in the MSX/Matrix section of this forum. Note that the MSX 140 and Matrix are 2-stroke engines. Only the MSX 110 and MSX 150 use the Weber turbo engine.

Randy at WeberPower.com may be able to source the PPU for you.
