    White smoke

    Hi guys,
Started my rxp-x with water today for the first time in about 6 months and there was a constant plume of white smoke, and had a strange odour to it i cant really describe.

Is this normal since it hasnt been started in a long time, or is something wrong?

    Thanks.

It's most likey ok. Did you fog the motor 6 months ago? If so, it's just the fogging oil burning off.

fogging oil is sprayed in the cylinders prior to winterizing to keep the cylinders lubricated and to prevent rust. did you have it winterized by the dealer? you need to throw in some fresh plugs and clean gasoline at the least.

That's the thing, I had a shoulder operation around that time and couldnt winterize it.. Is it too late to do anything to prevent damage?
