RXP 2005 cluster problem. Please help!!

I need some help or guidance on this one. My friends ski was working perfect ,yesterday and all of the sudden the cluster stop working and no chirp when you put the key. The only thing that works is the rpms and is showing seadoo on the display, also the warning light is on. Can somebody help me out. Thanks by the way the ski runs normal though.

did you try pressing "set" 5 times to view any codes? My guess is the DESS post is on the way out or there's a disruption in the electrical system.

    Fuel level sensor
    circuit shorted to
    12 V or open
    circuit

but will not put the machine in limp mode, probably just a random error, but still something to look at

Follow the wiring going to the fuel pump, might be causing a short. But like fizzle said, maybe a dess key problem, if the display is giving you a hard time could either be the key, ecu or the display itself, I can chime in later to help you with trouble shooting, but look at the plug going into those items, especially the ecu atop the intake manifold
