    Corrosion on Fuel Sender

Noticed I have lost quite a bit of metal off the fitting at the top of the fuel sender, see pic. Is this ok to use or am I in trouble (I read the fuel pump bits are hard and $$$ to come by). Whats the unregulated fuel pressure (~100 psi?)
