RR vs. RIVA
I am about to place an order...but before that i have a question...whats better?:
RIVA Valve Train Upgrade kit OR RR Lightweight Valve Spring Retainers w/Shims???
RIVA Thermostat Kit OR RR 158 Degree Thermostat?
RIVA Supercharger housing and impeller combo OR RR High boost Impeller?
I would appreciate the help...thanks

i can't speak for the valvetrains... but for the thermostats, i'd go with the Riva kit.

Either valve train should be good.I ran Rotax but like the titanium retainers better.
With the thermostat I have heard of the Riva leaking because you have to take it apart.I have the Rotax ones and they come ready to bolt on.Hope that helps

My choices are:
Rotax Racing Thermostat
Riva Valvetrain upgrade (springs - titanium retainers)
Riva stage 3 SC
With either the Riva stage 3 SC or RR high boost you are going to want the 42# injectors.

You have to run the 50# injectors with the Riva ECU.
You run the 42's with the stock or Rotax Racing ECU's when using the Rotax Racing high boost or Riva stage 3 sc.

Okay.....how about the ECU? RIVA or RR? Which one is better?

That depends. Testing has shown the Riva to be better at lower boost.
The Rotax Racing proves better with higher boost and higher RPM's.
With the Riva ECU your warranty is voided when your dealer hooks it up to the BUDS computer to activate it.
With the Rotax Racing ECU you can sneak it past warranty
