I got this 95 and like most of these older skis the trim around the sides is cracking and just falling apart, looks terrible.Seems you cant buy replacement pieces for them.Has anybody found something else to use, like some sort of rubber trim or something that will work.I love the ski and for only topping out at 45 its almost as fun to ride as my 73mph Sea Doo.Any thoughts would be very helpful

find the rubber rub moldings at west coast marine or at a surplus marine outlet.. the molding on your ski is a wrap around style like the wr's, if I am remembering correctly... you will also have to get the insert strip Or install filler rope... you could also try old boat yards to see what you might salvage off flat deck 'flats or bass' boats..
Glen-mar marine and Land N' Sea (MARINE SUPPLY) also sell to the industry almost exclusively , so going to a shop may be best.. this is not cheap stuff new..

Cool! I also really like riding my '93 VXR Pro. Definately a handful at top speed with a little chop. Makes it very fun.
