After how many hours should you change SC bearings?
Need to just change bearings or there is more to it??

Depends on how you ride it! Depends where you ride it! Example, I ride river and don't jump serious waves. If you don't let off the throttle when you're unhooked creates stress of the bearings as well. I replaced the bearings when I got the 06 clutch upgrade with metal washers at 75 hours on a 04 RXP. I had a hairline crack of the ceramic washer closest to the supercharger nut! It's a guess when to replace it, unless you owned it brand new and listened to the SC closely,

I have about 73 hours on my ski and Im about to change out the washers. Should I get the rebuild kit? Or can I wait until the end of next season? I already have the washers and will be swapping these out in the next week or so.

I'm going to offer the bearing upgrade along with new spring washers as a kit. I'm not sure what the price will be yet.
