    IC Plug ????

Can I lift the intake off by removing the 7 or 8 bolts and get to the back of the IC plug with the plug retainer ring in place?

If so I thought about doing this and sealing the plug from the back side to make 100% sure I do not have any sort of leak.

I found an o ring and installed it on the plug with a bead of ultra black.

If the intake will lift off I figure it can't hurt??

So will it work or not??

    Thanks

    David

David, If you have a good o ring along with ultra black silicone you should be good to go. No need to pull the intake.
