    what oil

Awhile back there was discussion as to what oil to use in 4Tecs. Someone was taking about --I beleive was Valvoline motorcycle oil and it had some letters in the designation as to it's type. Does anyone know what the letters were? Thanks for any help.

I believe that Eric with SpeedFreeks was the 1st to reccomend that oil. I don't remember the No. but I know that Auto Zone has some of it on their shelves & that it is easy to identify.

Valvoline 10W-40 Motorcycle oil. It's $4 a quart at AutoZone. Jaso Ma certified for wet clutch applications. Looks like this:

If you use a motorcycle oil try to find one that is JASO MA-2. That is the best of the oils.

Here is an option for you from AMSOIL Synthetic Marine 10w-40 oil
