    pump alignment

Sorry for all the questions guys, but I don't want to screw this thing up. I'm switching from a 750 to a highly modified 780 in my 95 SL hull. I got new/used cases from Zig, thanks bro. This particular engine will be turning high RPMs. Does anyone know where I can get a pump alignment tool cheap, or borrow one in the near future? This is going to be a one time thing, I hope, so paying a hundred bucks or more doesn't make sense. Anyone got one to lend OR sell cheap? Thanks again.

    $90.84 here.

It beats the $150 I paid yesterday.

Are you done with it? That's still a bit pricey for a one time use tool. Do you need any parts? Maybe we can trade, or trade and a little $? Thanks

    Edited for html link.

I may trade, but I'll wait and see how the transplant takes before I do.

I'll loan it out with a deposit though. You pay for shipping. Just give me a week or so to do mine first.

Just for those who do not know!!

The website that "wetherby" posted is for POLARIS Dealers ONLY.
The cost shown is POLARIS DEALER COST and unless you are a POLARIS Dealer you cannot order from them period. The tools are designated for POLARIS Dealers only so dont expect a Dealer to order the parts for you at the cost shown!

Hey dart, what am I looking at here? Is it just a straight bar? I can't just machine parts like you. Can you elaborate please? Thank you

The tool is a straight bar with one end turned down to slid into the engine coupler. Bring it to a local shop and have it turned. You can get three tools out of a 6" bar and sell two to pay for your one.
