How fast are the 250x skis with a riva stage 1 kit?
Just wondering, I raced a guy on the river today and I was wondering how fast these things are. It sounded badass!

I don't think this one was doing 74mph unless my ski is a freak. Only thing on my ski right now is a riva rear air. I haven't install my x charger and other parts yet and I would say my ski was about 1-1.5 mph faster, holeshots were about equal. last time I put a gps on my ski i was doing 67-68 with the stock intake.

I was just wondering if these things would run 70+ with one of these kits? I was kinda shocked by the out come. I think he thought I was full of schit when I told him I just had a rear air kit. wish I would've took my gps out. my speedo was pegged at 70 and he said his was reading 68. I know thats not saying much lol.

I think the OP was asking about the "Stage 1" (if you can really call it that) kit from Riva, which does not include the 1-1 pully, fuel pump, injectors, etc that come with the R&D Stage 1 kit. The Riva kit is comparable to what R&D calls their Performer Kit. Riva states their "Stage 1" is good for 70mph, which is in line with what I have heard.

i think all the stated speed increases from r&d and riva are a crock of shit...
