    Bayou Princess breaks 82 mph

A summerlike 79 degree air temp

    68 degree water temp

    No wedge

    No current

    82.0 one direction
    82.1 the other direction

    8500 RPM's with flashes of 8550
    3/4 tank of fuel

I wonder what i can get out of it if i put one of those wedges on

The only internal mod on this ski is the Riva lightweight valvetrain kit and Rotax Racing oil pressure jet.

Man I love my wedge. Just for the simple fact that with it and the addition of the 14/19 to my current setup I gained 2mph.

This will be interesting...I wonder how it will perform with the skis breaking 80.

I just put the wedge on my rxp and gave it a run today, but I think my pump bearings are going out. It's one dry ride with the wedge with the water being cold.

If Jerry says he is doing 82 MPH, I believe him.

If you say it, Charles... you are right I don't believe it. And I'm not alone in that opinion by a long shot, I'm just the one who is willing to say it. And before you go off about your 10 radar guns and 13 GPS's, run it at MB3 and people will believe you. Until then...

Congrats Jerry. What all does she have on her ski now? How much boost?

No offense to Jerry, put I didn't believe it until I saw it myself. Jerry has shown that his findings are for real and has directly taught a lot of us how to get there. He has shared a lot with the community, from 80 mph reliable RXP's to someone who is just breaking 70 plus with a level one.
