    2001 water bar/manifold.

What is the difference of the 01 slx water bar vs. the staggered 1050 bar?

Does the 01 use a thermostat and pop-off?

Yup the '01 six water bar has a thermostat pop off. My '01 Virage TX's(1200) have a reversed thermostat housing and because I ride in salt water I must inspect the thermostat pop off for debris(sea weed) per Polaris-you also need to inspect if stored more than 30 days for debris or corrosion

    Manifold

Difference is in the size of the holes to each individual cylinder thats all !

neither my pro1200 or my virage tx came with a t-stat or pop off valve,it's my understanding that polaris did away with them in the 2000 year except for the fi machines

Mine did not come with any either. Same boats.

    Thanks for the responses guys.
    Now this question,
Should I just bore the holes out of the 1050 bar for the new 1200? If so, what size?
Or wish for luck to find a 1200 bar?

This is the last piece of the puzzle, before final assembly.
Everything is covered, right down to the screen fitting on the exhaust.

I would run three individual outs, 3/8", but that's just me.

If you want, I'll epoxy these in and trade you. Then all you'll need is some 3/8" line and three 3/8" bypass pissers.

Those look sweet, but Aaron is hooking me up with blingage that make those un-usable.

But then again, they will work on the 1050 ski.
