    Thru Hull Exhaust Question

ok i have a 2005 rxt and i just purchased the Riva waterbox and a thru hull exhaust kit.
My question is i printed the paper cut out from riva to drill threw the hull.
Does anyone have a picture how to tape it on the hull. i cut out the oval long piece on the right top does that go to the metal ring or the plastic piece around that metal ring that straps the ski down?

does anyone have a really good clear close picture that i can see?

    Thank you!

The cut out in the upper right hand side goes flush with the d ring. The top that you cut goes flush where the marriage of the upper and lower hulls are. Just under the rub rail. I can get pictures if you need them.

Also, use a 2 and 3/4" hole saw instead of the 2 and 7/8". Better fit. Might require a little filing but it will go and fit more snug. DO NOT DRILL THE SMALL HOLES WITH THE PATTERN. Wait until you get the outlet installed and mark them. Remove outlet and drill them. REMEMBER!!!!!! start the drill in reverse until you get through the gel coat. Then forward applying even straight pressure for beat results.

That is where the water bypass will go. The water outlet that hooks up to the OEM exhaust tip will now plug in at the place you mentioned.
