    SL 750 impeller question

I guess I should know better than to buy things off of ebay that don't have a part number included in the description but.......it happens. I bought a Solas impeller for a SL750 but when received it today the part number is PA-SC-XO which is listed for the SL780 but not SL750. According to the Solas chart it is a 16.5-23 pitch. Is this too much for a stock SL750?

Since they're listing it for a "limited" 780 and 900 (around 100 HP), yes it's too big for a stock 750. (80 HP)

Yeah, I thought that was gonna be the answer. Now I have to see about returning it to the seller. I think I have a line on a good Skat-Trak 13/18, I know that'll work.

Let me have some opinions on a Skat-trak swirl, 4-blade, 12/17 pitch with a 4 degree wedge. Or would I be better off going with a Skat-trak 13/18 and wedge. Most of my riding is done at 2800' elv not towing anything. Stock impeller rode great but is dinged up on the leading and trailing edges, outer edge is perfect with little wear.

Or I could go and buy a ski that it fits. Wife would love me for that.

You can have the old impeller refurbished to like-new condition for well under $100.

Impros and SBT both offer the service.
