    2001 Virage TX

    Just bought an '01 virage tx, 1200cc for the wife, $300.00, motor is seized.
    Hope its a good deal! i have yet to see it,other than pics. picking it up this evening.

    Post up some pics, for 300 bucks I don't think you need to look at it you can't go wrong with that price. Even if you decide not to repair it's worth at least double that in parts.

    Well, after 144 mile trip, got the tank home. Pretty darn good shape for the price. Needs a mirror and the rear seat covered.
    As far as seized from "no oil", wrong, typical mag cylinder burn down.
    Not sure how they got the cylinder off with the exhaust still intact.
    Some how they LOST the mag cylinder and dome.
    If anyone has one at a good price.... I'm interested.

    Is this ski going to be faster than my 99 slx? it is quite a bit bigger.

    Do you have any kids? The virage is much more stable and easier to board after a wipeout.
