    3M DI-NOC on windscreen?

Has anyone tried this on their windscreen?

I have some scratches on mine and was thinking of trying this instead of painting.

It's supposed to have a 4 year outdoor lifetime, but I wasn't sure how it would hold up on a PWC.

Very high quality material. Use the 3M di-noc vs. Neffy or a few of the others. I'm thinking of wrapping my GPR cowlings in this. Weather/water proof. My show car may get a few treatments of this as well.

Let me know when you figure out how much you need for your IS300 and we'll go in on an order like we talked about at work yesterday.

I'll get my ski back in a week or two and I'll try it then. If you're around bring your HD camera over and we can take video of the install.

Nobody has seen this stuff in person?

    Did you use the primer?

Also watching all the vids seems like the dips(scallops) i would do first then heat to go over the hills. But just MO. I haven't played with it yet so I have no clue. Seems really cool though. I saw some wood grain. Someone should do a woddgrain wrap on the fairings something different. Some might say gay but just looking out of the box. You see the same old everyday.

Clear coating is something I wanna try too over the carbonfiber. Maybe see if we can get the gelcoat look over the carbon fiber.

i didn't do it. a friend of mine who has a sign shop did. no idea what he used, but it was really just practice.

i wouldn't try to clear coat it. it doesn't look that real. it actually looks pretty cheesy if there are any real cf parts anywhere close by.
