    charging system problem

    Brothers 2005 RXT stopped charging. Tested and appeared rotor and stator problem. took apart found one flywheel bolt had broken and melted the stator. changed out stator and rotor and still doesnt charge. Anybody have an idea what to check next?

    Check your rectifier and the harness for damage!

    Tried another known good rectifier. Still not charging

    Check the 30 amp fuses next to the MPEM.
