Anyone know how to stop the ski from bouncing up an down soon as it picks up speed I tried shiming the front an the rear I moved the sponsons up an down , stepped them also is there something else took do any help or idea thanks

Shim the trim tabs down. Start with 8 washers, 1 under all 4 bolts on each tab and go from there. You can also stagger them with 1 washer under the front 2 bolts and 2 washers under the rear 2 bolts to shim the back of the tabs down more.
Step the sponsons, front all the way up, rear all the way down. Shim the front of the plate down until you have a small step from the pump shoe to the ride plate, you don't want any part of the ride plate sticking down lower than the shoe. Raise the rear of the ride plate as high as you can get it. You'll get better top speed having the plate setup that way and should be able to settle the ski with the trim tabs without sacrificing top speed.
