    Temporary OPAS removal

    Hello all

Id like to remove/disable the OPAS on my GTX so i can see if i like it
but i want to spend as little as possible and also remove as little as possible

I was thinking of making something to jam the paddles in the up position

    thanks
    Luke

Or you could just take the paddle off of each side. They will come of if you take the right bolts out....

Ha excellent idea, and most likely more realistic to compare with totally removed.

I had the plastic pipe thingies on my RXT for 2 years, they did make a slight difference moreso in ocean riding. IMHO just piss the opas off altogether and install the RE blockoffs/hull extensions. If there is such a thing as predictable handling in the ocean with these GTX hulls these RE blockoffs are the best mod to acheive it.

    Cheers
    Chris.
