Taking my, new to me, 2007 gti se out for the first time today...

I changed the oil on the ski yesterday and plan on taking it out today for the first time since it hasn't stopped raining in two weeks and today is a nice day.
    Anyway...
While running on the trailer w the garden hose attached I noticed a jingling noise coming from the back of the ski, is this normal?
Might be a dumb question and I may have posted it in the wrong section but I could use some help and some piece of mind.
    Thanks in advance.
The ski only has 12 hrs.

Took it out w my girlfriend, ate the water at 52 mph, bruised a rib, LOVED EVERY MINUTE!
Next is a new battery, fill holes in ride plate, and maybe take the training wheels off.
Seems a bit twitchy after 45 mph, maybe taking the training wheels off will help that?

How did you manage to eat the water at 52.... You know the object is to ride the ski right?

The girlfriend was driving, what do you expect? LOL
She rear ended her sister once and she wasn't even in the car, try figuring that one out!
The better question is, how did I bruise my rib? lol
It did remind me of my old motocross days before I shattered my femur.

    Talking Normal

Awesome! It’s all worth it being out on the water….. My 08 GTI makes that same noise, no issues so far after 4 years. Thanks,

Make sure the motor is runnin before you turn on the water, turn the water off before you kill the motor.

    Beware
