    I'm a new man.

Yesterday I woke up and put my battery on the charger, charged up in a few hours. Put battery in my GPR, swapped the plugs, pumped my primer a few times and felt it squirt fuel. Pressed start and that thing turned over and started faster than I could have ever imagined. I've never had such luck.

So being adventurous and bored after an extremely long winter in Cleveland I ventured out to Fairport Harbor and dropped in. NWS says the water is 50* & they didn't lie. It was pretty chilly but I was able to deal with it boarding and un-boarding.

I put the ski in, started it with no hesitation and rode. I rode a half tank, non-stop. Lake Erie was like glass today. The sun was shining and the air temp is about 84*.

I forgot how happy my ski made me, I mean, I always knew it but it takes that long, long winter of wanting to die to remember that summer is amazing.

    Happy skiing guys!

I get jealous looking at Lake Michigan, the water is so much more clear than Lake Erie. It's such an amazing lake.

Yes it really is. I feel so lucky to live 30 minutes from it. Sadly if large corporations like BP keep having their way who knows what it will be like in 10 years?

After I read this I vowed to NEVER buy another gallon of BP gasoline again. Not to mention the Gulf spill. Every PWC rider should boycott BP.

Funny how they cracked down on 2 strokes as polluting the water when companies like this can dump thousands of pounds of toxins into our water every day and it's OK. I guess when you have VERY deep pockets you can pollute all you want. And they wonder why thousands of dead fish float to shore.

i remember taking mine out in the freezing cold when i got finished rebuilding my ski, the lake was glass and it all became worth it. mine fired right off after sitting all winter too. funny how when you do things right and take your time and be a little meticulous with things, it just all works out.

Had another amazing day out on Erie. Installed my R&D Aquavein and the ski is just chomping along! Very happy with it.
