    Confused about installing Jetworks.

I bought a jetworks valve for my 98 GP1200. I am a little confused as to what hose it is installed in. The instructions are not very clear. Can anyone explain to me where it goes?

    Thanks

Now I'm even more confused. The instructions say that it is just installed in one of the existing hoses. No drilling and running new hoses.

The post by Upgraded is for GPR's and XL/XLT's. I have never seen a how to for your ski, but Spud did one to his GP and posted several pictures. With any luck someone with some GP experience will offer up some help.

You want to control the water flow into here:

The method described on http://www.extremeteamracing.com/97-99GP1200.htm, has you blocking the old water flow to the exhaust and teeing off the rear head water hose.
    Here's the water diagram:

    Here's where you plug off:

    Here's another pic/description I've found:

Spuds method uses an add on/dedicated water supply hose off the pump. His way will give you a more consistent water pressure supply and jetworks valve operation

Thanks for the help. Now I understand where to put it. Sorry it took so long to get back to this. Our town is flooded. I could ride the waverunner down the street.
