    97 seadoo XP starting problem

    ok, just installed a new starter solenoid, and a new battery in my XP. hit the button and nothing. crossed the solenoid abd it spins over just fine. I'm thinking somethings wrong with the button, what do you guys think?

    could be the button, the dess post or the main ground that runs from the battery to the bottom of the block

    does it chirp when you put the key in? Do you get the ground wire that goes from the solenoid to the grounding block hooked up?

    I run 2 grounds on mine. The secound from the valve bolt. It would run crappy if it was a ground and I have replaced a start/stop switch at some point.
