im not going to go through and list part by part im sure you can work that out on one of the online stores, but best case you will need a full set of gaskets, seals and o-rings (but this is debatable you can cheat a little by not removing the exhaust manifold from the head) more for piece of mind, two thrust washers, oil filter and oil. but again for piece of mind i would replace rod and crank bearings, rod bolts & nuts, whilst your there, and why not stick 260 pistons in it will also need new pins and clips. labour alone would be around the $2000.00 at a guess.

will need thrust washers
may need crank
may need cases
will need rod bolts
will need all gaskets
should do 260 pistin & rings
may need a head if its cracked.........( not a pump fault, just they crack and u wouldnt put it back on if it was
may need main bearings
will need seals and pto bearing
may need oil pump is scored up from metal floating around
but untill u strip it down its all guess work ...............
