yes, that'll work. it's definitely not ideal. seal it and clamp it real tight or you'll get a leak. the threads sink into the rubber hose to help it seal as well. if you ever need to get the hose off you'll likely have to split it with a razor.

Ya its 1/2" I couldnt find any with the barb. The 1/2'' barb is way too small,I found some with a flared end at a speedshop but the are pretty expensive,I guess I will snug the clamp down real tight and keep an eye on it for awhile to make sure it doesnt leak.I kinda peiced everything together here and there and didnt have the fittings for the water lines.By the way , thanks for the offer Shallow!

A 1/2" barb is way too small because the hose is 3/4"

do you need the 90degree specifically, if not i can check work tomorrow and see if i have a spare, but it will most likley be straight thru.

Both would be good I was gonna use the 90 in back and a 90 or a straight through in the front. That would be cool if ya did!But if not no worries.

no dice on the fittings. all my 1/2" are for 1/2" or 1/4" hose. Mcmaster carr if all else fails. but not to leave you empty handed i found some 3/16" aluminum plate for your relocator i can send you. How big do you think it needs to be?
