    Blaster 1100

Well, going to pick the hull up next weekend. Got A 95 hull with everything but the top hood cover and pump. Gonna get it cleaned up, sanded, and glass the new front mounts. Will take me a while since I am doing this on my free time. Gonna throw just one Raider waterbox in there with the raider thru hull dual outlet in the back. Alot of people say to keep running the 144mm pump with the 1100 setup. Going to try that since the 144mm for the blaster are a dime a dozen. I will put up on here when I have done any work, but again this will be a longer build. Sucks because I am so impatient.

i'm thinking the XO bent a bit more 'trailing' for the 144mm would be great for this engine ..in something like a 14.5/20-21 ...can't wait to see your progress...

Thanks. And on the whole 144mm pump, I guess the best route is to go with either a complete B1 144mm pump with a very high pitch solas, or get the custom 155mm pump shoe from Waterdawg Kustomz and put the blaster 2 155mm pump in with either a 13/18 or 13/19 solas. Might just go the 155mm route. Need to get that done before I think about dropping in the motor. I want the motor to be the last thing before I do any testing with hull tuning.

just another possiblity..,I had carl at island custom bend an nujet destoyer 5.5 ( blaster 2 impeller) for quickness for using the 155 pump in the gp760 (o/e is 144)... its now gauges 9/19!!.. it sure has alot more cup than the flat bladed 14.5/18.5 XO I have....

Yea, that is also an option. The hull I'm picking up doesn't have a pump...so its like get the new shoe and b2 pump, or get a new shoe and B1 pump. (I hate the plastic duct in it so either way will swap out for aluminum intake duct.) Almost worth doing the 155 pump.

I would stay clear from waterdawg LOTS of horror stories on xh20 of people ordering parts and not ever getting them.

No, I think that the superjet and blasters were the ones that pretty much matched each other. Might just have to run with a 144 and a deep pitched solas. Just means can't do too much motor work because it wouldnt come to life the same as with the 155.
