Opinions Needed. Need RPM without cash....ha
I have all the mods in my sig and I am still having trouble turning the 13/18 160mm impeller. I am around 7800rpm and I want to be ~8400. Accel is good with no cavitation but lacking on the top end.
Looking for a cheap way to get to where I need to be..
1.) Is bending below a 13/18 counter productive?
2.) would it be easier to go back to the 155mm housing?

Great thread David.
For whatever it's worth, I was told by Glenn at Skat that he could pitch a Skat prop to whatever I wanted.
I will know what I can turn my Skat 13/19 160mm Longblade after this weekend.

I got some info that may be useful. Said that going back to a 155mm pump would be a big step backwards and gave me two things to do before I repitch my impeller. After doing both of these things then work on the impeller some more.
1.) Increase my nozzle to 86mm.
2.) Increase my steering nozzle to 91mm. (use a flapper wheel and drill)

I have the E1 - MoTeC - 160 mm Skat 12 Vane Pump. I needed to go to 12/20 pitch to get the boat were I wanted it.

If your interested in a gpr nozzle, I have a new one with the reverse bosses tapped already and vis. spout removed. Was going to use it on my XLT but didnt make it that far. PM me for a price if you need it.
