785 pro broken hull supports
My 97 785 Pro is getting a re-do this year & now that I have the motor out & see I have hull support issues. I'm going to replace the broken stuff with 1/2" marine plywood coated with West System. Is there any where else I should add extra? I know these hulls were famous for cracks.

The '97 is prone to cracking in the back. I filled mine with some expanding foam that I purchased from Watcon. It is similar to great stuff. This stiffens up the back of the hull to prevent cracking.

TIP: lift the nose as high as you can to get the foam in the back of the ski as far as it will go.

Looks like someone already did that, there is some expandable foam in grey plastic under the rear deck. Or does the stuff you're talking about fill the entire cavity?

Thats probably the stock stuff if its wrapped in plastic. I filled in the whole void back there.
