    MudBug number plate rating idea

Just got an Idea I think might be kind of cool. In the major racing events such as Nationals or World finals, the position that the racer places in this major event is also their assigned number for the next year(should they choose). They get to have this number on their boat as their race number, it represents where they placed at the major event. I think it would be cool if we did the same for Mudbug. Example Kerry would get to run the #1 on his ski for that year until the next MudBug.
    What yall think ?

Not sanctioned, just our own rating numbers due to where you place at our / Jerry's private event. Numbered placed from fastest down to slowest. If you want to run to run your placement number on your boat than run it, if your imbarrassed, than dont

I was so far back in the pack that my number plate would have to read "Reverse" (as in the direction it looked like I was travelling)

From what I hear from my racer buddies, the standard backing plate is about $10-$12, and the nicer custom ones get up to about $27
