Step by step to remove cylinder head?

Does anyone happen to have a step by step instructions on how to remove the cylinder head, and how to do the timing when reinstalling the head back into the ski? I need to remove my head, but have never attempted it before.

I think there is a thread in the how to section bro.

    -remove inlet mani.
    -remove coolant hoses
    -remove waterbox and intermediate pipe
    -remove the valve cover
-set the engine to tdc on number 3 and lock the crank and cam with the tools (or improvise)
-remove cam sensor from infront of the cam chain
    -remove cam chain tensioner
-now this is IMPORTANT!! Jam a rag or something in the chain galley so if you drop a bolt it won't fall into the abyss.
    - remove cam gear.
-undo head bolts in sequence and remove head.

This is just from the top of my head so I'm sure I've probably missed something.
It will become obvious as your taking it apart. Just DO NOT drop anything into the timing chain galley! You can drop the chain itself in their though and use a magnet later to get it.

    Good tip.

If you take the TOPS valve off, make sure you take the washer out from the plastic cap on the cam sprocket before it drops down and you have to pull the PTO to find it.

What's the best way to set tdc? Use the supercharger, or use the pump?

Take the pump cone off and use an allen to rotate the engine.

I was looking at the shop manual, and it said that the rocker bolts needs to be removed. However I asked someone on the forum and he said they do not. Just wanted to verify if they need to be removed or not so I can add the Rocker bolts to my order through Jerry.
