    Where is my Crankshaft PTO O-ring?

    Rebuilding both of my 1200 NPV's. The kits come with a single Crankshaft PTO o-ring in each one. I could not find where they are supposed to go. And I didnt take any oring off to my knowledge.

    Any ideas?

    Some couplers have a groove in the end of it for an o-ring and some don't. If yours doesn't have the groove, then you don't need the oring. IMHO, I don't see the need for the oring either way.
    My '97 GP1200 has the grooved coupler so I put the oring in.
