    Rotax Racing Hydraulic Booster Clutch?

Have not heard alot of talk about this lately. Im going with a C3 and R1 reflash, is this a good thing to have if I already have a BOV?

With your setup I don't think it's really necessary. I've also heard of a lot of guys in Dubai having issues with those rotax racing clutch setups.

I'm running an E1 with Riva Stage 3 + 3Bar Sensor and 1000cc inj. I ordered this clutch, but have not installed it yet--just what kind of trouble are they having in Dubai?

Don't know about Dubai, but here I'm having trouble with that - destroyed that clutch couple days ago.
Gear on Rotax shaft exploded, destroyed charger case and also shaved two teeth on charger intermediate gear. Inspecting debris, we noticed extensive wear on rotax shaft gear, there were noticeable marks on teeth from intermediate clutch gear, as if there were really tight clearance between those. We then checked diameters of new Rotax shaft gear and Riva one and there is a difference between them! Rotax is slightly larger and we think that translates to more friction, heat and wear. In my case that leaded to serious problems as a result. Pictures below.

How does the gear mesh depth compare between OEM and RR?

R&D lightened intermediate gear, R&D billet couplers, E1 impeller. Everything else is stage 3 Riva.
