    Slow speeds for mods?

I have a SHO with the following mods:
    Riva B-1 wheel
    R-1 reflash
    Powercooler
    R&D grate
    SHO Jim modded ride plate
    intake
    free flow
Skat prop (not sure of the pitch as I dont have a gauge)

I'm currently only running 72.8 @ around 7950 rpms. It just seems a lot slower than I would expect top end although the midrange is sick. Reminds me of my old 85mph conversion.
Is there anything to looks for to get more speed? Nothing under the hull looks like its dragging and the ski "feels" really good. The only thing I can think of is that I need to pitch my prop down for more rpms?
    thanks

It's because of your RPMs. You need to pitch that impeller to get your RPMs to about 83-8500 depending on what you set your RPM limit at.

You should try puttint your stock prop (if you still have it). I have a similar set up and I'm seeing 77.1 mph, with the stock propeler @ 8400

Yup, rpms need to come up to 8300 IMO. Your prop may just be too steep of a pitch for your setup. The stock prop may be a good alternative and if you are happy with the performance than stick with it, but in my expierence the skat props work exceptionally well when pitched right.
