    Finally back in the game!

Hey guys.....Im new to this site and have only posted a few times in the recent past. I used to own a Polaris (from '96-00) and never had another ski until just last week. I also recently moved to Vegas which is where I found my latest dream toy ---> a green RXP! Best part is that I found it with only 6.8hrs on it (it's an '05) and paid $7800 She needs a detail and all the basic fundamental mods done. Went riding only once so far.....right at the Hoover Dam Look forward to the mods I have in mind and learning more and more in here about these late model skis.
By the way, I just moved here from Metairie, LA...I know there are some others in here who live there. That's where I spent 99% of my 34yrs. Meanwhile, I would have liked to catch a mudbug session down in Houma

    Welcome

That looks like some fun riding. Not too easy to just pull off and get out though.
You can sure tell by the pictures at how low the water level is.

Well that's Lake Mead right near Las Vegas, NV....If you google it, there are probably some sort of pics/maps.....but yes, it's a pretty large area.

And yes, it is tricky to load in the water, but the pic you see at the mountain are not where the launch is....that one is actually nothing more than a little nook in the rock wall, immediately around the corner from the Hoover Dam. A little nook you wouldn't see if you visited the dam.

There are apparently many miles of shoreline around Lake Mead with various launch sites. I cant wait to tyr them all out....even beyond the Dam along the Colorado River. Definitely some bad ass views And I have plenty more to see.

Oh yeah, just looked at the pics again...yeas that was way too shallow to launch! I ended up moving "next door" to the marina, where it was still pretty tricky That pic is a desert beach designated for launching PWCs.....yeah, right Not with a 96 Nissan pickup with 13in factory wheels! lol

Here's another random pic of the general area I think I have others that show the general size of this portion of the Lake...
