    Exclamation !!!--low rpm help..!!!

    so here is the deal i was coming off the ramp about to put the ski on trailer and suddendly it shutt off then i started again and got it up the trailer while coming out it stay on so i did like two hard (wot) to empty water box of water and noticed that it did not want to rev completely... i try to rev it and its like a rev limiter kick in. im new to these so i did some reading and i heard about supercharger washer failure so took supercharger apart and this is what i found.. apparently it looks it have like some gold washer's on it i dont know what they are but not ceramic?? looks loke...Im new to seadoo platform so please any advice.. ohh is a gprxp with a 255 x charger on it and 42's... thanks..

    The washers are not your problem, something else is going on. Did you get any check engine lights or codes thrown?

    Did it have gas?
    How often ago did you change your spark plugs?
    How does your oil look?
    What rpm could you rev up to? Was it shaking to get to that rpm or was it smooth?

    Oh and since you have your charger out it would be wise to change out the washers if you are close to the 100 hour range.

    well firts i tought about the same thing but my gauges/cluster are not working at all got a lil water intrusion and are not working Im trying to get a new replacement soon..and yes i change them about 2 months ago. the oil looks perfect no water on it or anithing ..and not the motor does not shake to get to there only when i first start it at idle shake a lil bit but it runs fine after like 3-4 secs....

    well my gauge before it stop it was showing 35 and the motor liiks pretty new so i would go with that....anyways in what year the supercharger came with the gold washers??? are they ceramincs ?????....

    Sounds like its running too rich with the 42's when cold, and I'm guessing a stock 215 ECU.

    Could have even dropped, or bent a valve...

    Change the plugs first, and carry a spare set with you. What year is the ECU?, and do you run a Rising rate FPR?

    X chargers did and do not come with ceramics.
    I believe in 08 the washers were gold for the first time but dont quote me on that.
