    X charger slip!?!?

Over the winter I installed riva clutch washers, viton seal and mcmaster carr spring washers. The slip when I put it together was 146-148 in/lbs. I left it like that thinking after a little bit it will drop down a bit. This past weekend I took it out and took it pretty easy on it. A few spped runs but the water was pretty calm. Today I decided to check the slip on it just to make sure everything was cool. Put it in the holder and checked it still 146-149 in/lbs. Is that to much? Should I lower it a bit? Maybe I am worring to much. What do you guys think?

Leave it, 144 is where you want to be and once you start to give it some abuse it will come down.
