Did you replace that piston due to a previous piston failure?

Did you remove all the debris from inside the crank case?

Are you still living in Lakewood?

Is there metal debris inside the crankcase?

And just a FYI: lack of oil would not leave damage like that. It would score the sides of the piston and cylinder, not speckle the piston and head. I assume the head looks the same as the piston, correct?

no just the piston head and the top of the cylinder by the spark plug hole. thats 2 pistons from the same spot that did that if there were derbies in the crankcase that couldn't get up top correct?

The fuel charge is pulled from the crankcase prior to detonation. If you have debris in yhe case, it will definiately make it to the top of the cylinder. Best bet it to pull the j pipe (stinger) off and shake it to see if you have anything in there as well.

it's the red pipe that mounts to the exhaust manifold.

That looks like detonation damage to me.
The front cylinder looks extremely lean also.
Have you leaked checked the engine? I bet the crank seals are leaking
