    txi flush adapter

    last question this week i hope, The dealer installed the flush adapter on my txi when i got it new, now it leaks. Do i have to replace the water bar gaskets when i replace the adapter??. The adapter is the one peice one that you can not take apart

    The adapter threads into the side of the water manifold - correct?

    Do you need to remove the water bar to get the flush adapter off?

    Yes and it looks like Yes, adapter is all 1 piece, they used the non removable clamps on it.

    Those ear clamps are removable, just not reusable

    You use side cutters (wire cutters) to cut the ear off, then peel the remainder of the ear clamp off the hose.

    You can use a normal gear clamp instead.

    Cool, Thanks. That worked like a charm. Now i can ride after i get my oil lines in
