    Wet suits

With the weather being so cold here in N. Cali this season I am on the hunt for a good wet suit. I did use the search function and didn't find anything. So what's a good wet suit for a PWC? So far I came up with a 3/2mm in either Quiksilver or O'Neil. Any advice or suggestions?

from what I`m told, there are only a handlful of wet suit manufacturers for the name brand suits...
Slippery wetsuits is a decent suit.
Currently I have 1 O`Neil shorty, 1 Slippery spring reform, 1 RipCurl full wet suit 5/3mm for the cold days...
but have a look here> www.scuba.com there are pages of nice suits.
I think my next one will be the "farmer front zip... nice suit and price...

most important thing is: get one that`s sized correctly.

    overton`s has some as well...> http://search.overtons.com/?Ns=p_ima...Ne=1000&N=2036

My 2 cents: Find your local SCUBA shop and get into the fitting room. I prefer the full arm length shorty and farmer john set-up. Depending on the conditions you can wear either as a single or both in combo. I have no brand preference, but you'll prob. find plenty of brands and prices.

Finally, I advise against a suit w/the zipper on the rear.

+1 on the scuba shop. Thats how I did it. If the thing doesnt fit right its gonna drive you nuts and not fit tight so cold water will be inside of it and it wont work very good.

Not from me... Way too many to choose from. You want to be sure the fit is correct, then you can look at colors you like. And you want to make sure the thickness fits your needs. I'm guessing your currents come right out of the Bearing Sea area... that's pretty cold water.
