    OE starter and 200 psi

Question: will a stock starter turn over an engine with 200# compression? I'd like to know before i slap on the new head. Thanks!

200# static compression ? I don't care what fuel you burn... you will be sticking pistons.

But that aside... I don't think the OE starter will do it. They work hard enough with 165# static. (assuming this is your 800)

Yes easy but with 200psi deto is a BIG FACTOR and timing will play another part.
