Finger throttle help on 2003 GTX SC

I've done the search and read what I take as the Riva finger throttle kit either with or without the bar extention is not up to par'.

Has anybody tried a RXT-X OEM finger throttle on the OEM bars?

    Or how about this unit?

    http://www.rivayamaha.com/RivaStore/...oduct=Throttle Lever, Sea-Doo, Silver#

although, what "aftermarket adapter for the 4-tec" are they taking about?

    Thanks,

    TLR

Look under Billet Throttle lever and there is a adapter that you will need for about $10. http://www.rivayamaha.com/RivaStore/...ottle%20Levers

Throttle cable is different. That is why you need the adapter. Just buy an 08+ throttle cable.

I'm not sure I follow you. The cable is different which is why you need the $10 adapter which is easy to install since it is all out there. Why go thru the 08+ cable, route it to the engine, etc, etc?

I ordered it for my ski on this site. A couple bucks saved in shipping to boot. I asked them also and here is an excerpt of the email

    Last 2 stupid questions.

    1. This fits a 2003 Seadoo GTX SC, right?

    2. Side question for someone else. Does this fit other OEM 4 Tec bars

Yes, it will fit any of the Seadoo 4-tec skis
