    RXP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just bought a 2004 RXP with an engine rebuild so only done around 4 hours. Took it out for the first time and around 5 or 6 times in a couple of hours the oil warning came on with the red light and gave no more than 2500rpm (i think) .Switch off and no problems.

Checked oil and that was fine.

Checked the error thing and no codes just came up with END.

I assume if it was actual low oil pressure it would be all the time not intermitant?

So what can it be as i would assume if its a sensor it would have logged an error code?????????

I'm pretty sure for that year ski the Oil sensors have been known to go bad. I'd do a quick search and find the part number and go from there. I'm sure other people will chime in.

There is a oil presssure switch that if it is overtightened it will do what you are describing.
