AFR Gauge reads 22.4 at wot.

Recently I added some mods to my ski. I have the riva pro charger, 42's rrfpr (set at 60)
Fizzle intercooler. I went to go tune the ski and to write some numbers down.
The rrfpr is hooked up to the intake manifold, Base pressure set at 60, everything seems to be going the way it should except that when the rpms climb to around 5500 and up the AFR gauge reads 22.4 and it gets stuck there, even when I go back to idle. I have to remove the key and restart the ski. I could not go over 6000 rpms because I didnt know what the actual afr were. I wonder if the 02 sensor is going out of range at higher RPM
I'm using the innovate 45 degree adapter and a their new gauge http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/x...cat=273&page=2
readings are being monitored at the exhaust manifold.
    Outside temp 100F

    AFR so far
    Idle 12.5
    mid 13.0

You say your mid is 13.0. So at around 5500 it jumps from 13.0 to 22.4?

Yes it was calibrated, I found a forum on innovates site that many ppl are having this problem, supposedly its caused because there is not a stable 12 volt source and the heater cant keep hot so it goes to its initial setting 22.4
I tapped into the purple wire and along with it I have a dynotune boost gauge. I will try to hook up my gauge straight to the battery temporary, if this does not do the trick then the heater is bad.

Which purple wire? Is it solid purple or does it have a different colored stripe?

solid purple. I wonder if the heater for the 02 sensor drains more than what this wire can supply....

didn't run wot at all. this kit is new, I know there are defective new items. But I will try hooking it up straight to the battery, maybe there is some interference somewhere in that puple wire. Hopefully is not the heater or else I be missing the Texas Mudbug.
